We’re looking for a pragmatic AI / ML Engineer to help build the models that power Typetone — from content generation to the compliance engine that audits every asset our customers publish.
You’ll work close to the product, ship fast, and own real problems end to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares as much about a model working reliably in production as about the research behind it.
What you’ll do
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for content generation and compliance checks.
- Design evaluation sets and guardrails so our outputs stay accurate, on-brand and safe.
- Turn messy real-world requirements (brand rules, regulations, tone of voice) into model behaviour.
- Work with the engineering team to ship features to production and keep them fast and cost-efficient.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python and hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling.
- Experience fine-tuning, prompting and evaluating language models in a real product.
- A pragmatic, ship-it mindset — you prefer a working solution today over a perfect one next quarter.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you own your work.
Nice to have
- Experience with retrieval, agents or multi-step LLM workflows.
- An interest in marketing, brand or compliance use cases.
