Content Management is where you produce content in bulk without losing control of quality. Instead of writing one asset at a time, you build a workflow that turns inputs into finished, on-brand content — many pieces at once.
Workflows
A workflow is laid out like a grid you can work through:
- Each row is a piece of content.
- Each step applies a prompt or transformation — for example, draft, rewrite for tone, or localise.
- The results collect into output sheets you can review.
This makes big content jobs — a batch of product descriptions, localized landing pages, a set of ads — fast and consistent, because every row runs through the same steps.
Templates
You don’t start from a blank page. Begin from a template for a common task and adjust it to your needs, so your team reuses what already works instead of reinventing it each time.
A visual (canvas) view
For more complex jobs, a canvas view shows your workflow as a connected diagram of steps, so you can see and shape how content flows from input to output.
Approvals built in
Content Management includes approval steps, so nothing goes out until the right person signs off. Approved content flows into My reviews for final human checks and can be audited like any other asset. Prefer a conversational way to create? See AI Agents.
