Customizing your tone of voice in Typetone.AI is a simple process. Here's how to do it:

1. Navigate to “Tone of Voice”

Select the “Tone of Voice” tab to start creating your own unique voice. 

2. Add your custom tone of voice

Fill in the fields of the "Tone of Voice" template and select "Add voice" to incorporate your unique tone into the system. To create your own unique tone of voice you have to take the following actions: 

• Choose the language in which you want your tone of voice to write.
• Pick a name for your brand voice. This name will be shown in the dashboard with all the other voices that are available, so make sure it is unique and easy to recognize. 
• Describe for which purposes you need this brand voice. 
• Add your brand voice guidelines to clarify your style preferences, the sentence length or the level of formality. 

3. Add more brand voices

If you work with multiple brands or need to tailor different tone of voices, our Pro package is the solution for you. With this package, you can add as many brand voices as you require.
